  My review isn't for this store in particular. It's for Verizon itself. My family has been a customer for years, and I liked them since I had service in some locations that no other cell service provider did. But I'm fed up with this company. If you want talk and text they're fine. But they throttle the living **** out of your data. I pay for unlimited. 4 bars and LTE and none of my apps or streaming services will load. I'll sit there and wait for 5+ minutes for a 3 minute YouTube video to load, and it's no better for just getting the news on the app for iPhone. I liked this company for the time I had them, but it seems like they're always trying to get more money out of you somehow. And at this point I'm very frustrated and WILL be switching service providers. They also put a cap on hot spots without notifying us even though our contract for the plan we bought hadn't expired yet. Great company if you like headaches. Would not recommend.

  Alright, folks. I'm about to give you a prime slice of advice right now. *Ask for Debra!* This chiquita is the real deal. Usually I absolutely abhor going into tech shops to get any sort of help because if we're honest, we all know it's dreadful. --But not this time. I shuffled in there all doom and gloom and this girl hooked me up! I'm talking fast service, very friendly, knowledgable, helpful, approachable. I got my new phone with no problems at all, all my questions were answered, and she went out of her way to make sure I got the best prices on everything. I mean, come on, what more could you possibly ask for? -That and she is a hoot and a half. I have never gotten such good customer service as I did at this version store from this stunning lady. I genuinely enjoyed my time there. If you ever need help with your phone, go see her. -And you're welcome.
