  unprofessional and poor customer service skills within this business. We never ordered a wedding dress only paid money towards a future order. After a house fire, almost dying, losing my sister, and my son moving away and breaking engagement.. they fought me on the money. She did not know how to handle business and couldn't even spell my name right. In the end she still didn't give me all of my money, I let her keep 50 to get her to give me 400 back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! She told me she couldn't give me my money because she spent it on her own personal medical expenses. Proving once again.. she is unprofessional and unethical!
