  As someone that works in retail myself I get that you want to be as helpful to customers as possible ,but it becomes aggravating when you keep getting bugged by employees every five seconds when your trying to swatch products...This is what happened when I went to this Sephora location.One employee was really helpful and made some helpful suggestions and said she was going to make two samples of product for me, and offered to order the product they were out of for me . (They were out of the shade I needed ,but had a tester ) and then she went to lunch.I go up to the front and start the transaction with a different employee, who basically rushed me through the whole thing.She didn't say anything about the samples when I mentioned them.When I asked about ordering the product I talked about with the other employee ,she bascially said she had to ring someone else up first(the people in line behind me ) .I get being busy and all,but by this time I was just so diappointed and stressed out by the whole experience I just said I would order it myself.Not a good experience.

  I had the best experience at this Sephora location. Assisted by the amazing Lilly, I discovered a new beauty regimen and The living proof hair products. She really knows her products and was so willing to help!
