  Helpful and knowledgeable customer service. Sales people are interested in what you're there for and helping you and giving their input. They're not trying to shove merchandise at you. The store has a wide variety of different sports equipment, supplies, shoes, and clothing. You can spend hours in it if you desire but its set up so you could spend just a few minutes. Its very easy to find what you need.

  I'm disappointed that you've dropped the vista outdoor group when pressured by libtards. I'm a firearms owner and enthusiast but I'm also an outdoors enthusiast. Its embarrassing to watch a company fold to this pressure and remove great product lines from the shelves because the parent company also manufacturers and distributes firearms to law abiding gun owners country wide. You obviously care more about your snowflake customers than you do about your customers that are hunters and shooters. I won't be shopping at REI unless they get their act together.
