  I was shopping in KMART today with my Mom, who is an elderly woman with a walker. We went up to the customer counter to pay for our purchase, because we were next in line and there were 2 sales ladies checking out customers at this counter. A sales lady name Alany told us quite rudely she was not open. Before we even got back in another check out line, she opened her register and said, " I will help whoever is next ". We could not believe her!!!! When we left I told her that I was going to go online and give her a bad review. She laughed and said " o.k!!!". Not an apology or anything. Unbelievably bad customer service. We were so mad that after we left the store I did call and talk to one of the managers who was very nice and apologized to me. When you work with the public you should go above and beyond. My Mother shops there weekly and we were appalled!

  I can’t even give the store an E for effort I went there earlier today and there were no grocery carts available, you had to go outside to harvest one from their parking lot and it’s early morning I used to buy cases of distilled water and they would accommodate me even helping me load on the loading dock, Now according to the underwhelming gal at the reception desk when you call they “don’t do that anymore“. I purchased distilled water online and they canceled the order Good luck finding a manager there, there are probably three active employees present at any given time Shut the place down already
