The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and have a wealth of information for both the novice and experienced climber. They offer rental equipment and can help you plan a customized expedition no matter your skill level. We need more local, community minded options like American Alpine Institute. Always worth stopping in here first before going to bigger retailers. Fantastic customer service! Great resource!
