After losing over 200 dollars on burned out and melted USB devices I took my computer to their techs. It took CityMac three business days to tell me nothing was wrong with my Mac. I gave up and went down to the Apple Store 60 miles away. Apple’s techs diagnosed a failed USB voltage regulator in about 30 minutes and could fix it over a weekend and mail the fixed computer back in the same time it took CityMac to tell me nothing was wrong with my clearly broken computer. Thanks guys. I should have saved myself a week of headaches and lost data by driving the extra hour to the Apple store.

I bought my mac book air here four years ago. Every time I bring it in the people have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Whatever issue it is, it always seems to be fixed.
